We’re a small, experienced team with strong roots in Accounting, Finance, and Customer Service — people who’ve worked in both large corporate environments, managing high volumes, tight deadlines, and complex systems and also local small businesses.

We've taken those skills and redirected them to something more meaningful: helping participants get the most out of their NDIS funding, with less stress and more confidence.

• Tinashe – The Co-founder of Starling and a seasoned financial professional with 15+ years in accounting and finance. Known for solving problems, explaining the complex simply, and making people feel confident in the process.

• Tarisai – Co-founder with a background in finance, operations, and service delivery, they bring calm, clarity, and care to every participant and support coordinator they assist.

• Judah – The quiet engine in the background, making sure invoices are paid, processes run smooth, and nothing slips through the cracks.
